Suite Piccolomini and Suite Saracini are located on the third floor of Palazzo Lenzi-De Metz, a XIII Century building facing the Piazza del Campo square. The building was owned by a single family till 1979, when it was divided among two heirs: one of them is the owner's dad. The family still own many apartments in the same building and the owner of the two suites, Cristina, still lives in the palace.

Due to the perfectly central location, from these apartments you can walk in few minutes to all the main interest tourist places, then you can return back to relax watching, in front of you, the Torre del Mangia playing with the clouds or simply rest with new soundproof windows….it depends on which apartment you rent.. The two apartments have a lift, embedded into the thick middle-age walls and high speed WIFI free access, independant heating and air conditioning in every room.

Private parking - Car Valet service

Suite Piccolomini and Suite Saracini are located in the very city center and very restricted area to cars.

It is impossible to drive to the palace and there are many cameras around the city center that makes hard to park without a ticket or a fine from the local police station.
